NFC East draft recap

Throughout the draft, I wrote my initial thoughts for each pick. I’ll have a lot more on each teams’ draft in the next few days, but for the purpose of putting the initial thoughts all in one convenient place, here they all are:

Round 1:

Cowboys nab a pass-catching TE in Gavin Escobar

Giants continue to improve their bad 2012 run defense with Ohio State DT Johnathan Hankins

The Redskins draft an oft toasted, but ball hawking CB in David Amerson

  2. SteveH says:

Well it looks good on paper for the Eagles. Most intruiging pick Matt Barkley by far, can’t wait to see what all the fuss is about.

  3. SamWitwitky says:

    I’m still waiting on a Peters/Johnson pick.

  4. It may not top the Dixon/Cox pix from last training camp, but we need new Wing/Wang pix this year.

    1. Jimmy Kempski says:

      Ha, I’m on it.

      1. horatius says:

Keep it up Jimmy. Excellent work.
