With regards to DRC’s 7 declined penalties. Are those simply him committing pass interference/holding/illegal contact and the play is still made, therefore the team declines?

How does a QB have 12 penalties? Thats just insane.
8 of them are delay of game. Not sure how that’s possible for a guy that’s been in the league since 2004.
Thats just insane. He should be happy he aint QB for the Eagles. Fans would kill him for that many penalties.
